Many people associate aging with what is lost: careers, physical abilities, familiar routines, or independence. While these losses are real, aging is also a season filled with opportunities for meaning, connection, reflection, and growth.

Purpose does not disappear when life circumstances change. It can be found in relationships, sharing wisdom with others, pursuing meaningful interests, volunteering, spending time with family, or simply embracing moments of connection and gratitude.
